Our serum is made to order and packed under the SOLENNEA label by our manufacturer. Because each unit is produced and labelled for us rather than pulled from open stock, we handle returns a little differently from a shop selling off the shelf. This policy explains exactly what we can and can't do, and why.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

We will replace it or refund you in full.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We don't need you to post anything back — a photo is enough.

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Your choice.

Changed your mind

Unopened items: 30 days. If the seal is intact and the box is unopened, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of the product. You cover the return postage, and we'll give you the return address when you write to us.

Opened items: we can't accept these back. This is a cosmetic that goes on your face, and once a bottle has been opened we have no way to verify how it's been stored or handled. Reselling it would not be safe, and disposing of it doesn't get you your money back either. Nearly every skincare brand takes this position, and we'd rather state it plainly here than surprise you later.

If a product genuinely disagreed with your skin, write to us anyway. We would rather hear about it and sort something out than have you feel stuck with a bottle you can't use.

How long refunds take

Once we've approved a refund we process it immediately. It then takes your bank or card issuer a few working days to show the money back on your statement — that part is out of our hands.

Cancelling an order

Orders are sent to our fulfilment centre quickly. If you email us before it has been picked and packed, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the sections above apply.
