Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if we can't take payment, if a listing carried an obvious pricing error, or if we can't ship to your address — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.

Our products

Our serum is a cosmetic product. It is not a medicine and it is not a retinoid. It is intended to improve the appearance of skin — nothing on this site should be read as a claim to treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

We publish the full ingredient list on the product page. This product is fragranced and contains the naturally-occurring allergens geraniol, citronellol, linalool and citral. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, patch test before use. If you have a diagnosed skin condition or are receiving treatment for one, speak to a qualified professional before adding any new product to your routine.

Product images are supplied by our manufacturer and show the packaging you will receive. Colours can vary slightly between screens.

Intellectual property

The SOLENNEA name, logo, site design and written content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
