Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched from our manufacturer's fulfilment centre in the United States, so your order is a domestic shipment — there are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and you'll see the exact amount before you pay. We don't mark shipping up as a profit centre, and we don't hide it until the last step.

Our carrier rates can change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is always the price you pay for that order.

How long it takes

Two stages, and it's worth understanding both:

• Preparation: about 2 working days. Each serum is labelled and packed for us after you order.
• Delivery: about 2–5 working days after dispatch, within the United States.

So a typical order arrives in roughly 4 to 7 working days. That's slower than a warehouse shipping pre-boxed stock the same afternoon, and we'd rather tell you up front than promise next-day delivery we can't keep. Busy periods and carrier delays can push it out further.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and tracking once your parcel is dispatched. If tracking hasn't arrived within 5 working days of ordering, email us and we'll chase it.
